Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy
At SSL.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our digital certificate products. To clarify and address concerns raised, we’ve refined our refund policy. Please review the updated terms below.
30-Day Guarantee:
SSL.com offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital certificates. If, within 30 days from the date of order, the certificate hasn’t been issued and/or used for signing, you’re eligible for an account credit or refund.
Exceptions for Specific Certificates:
For Basic SSL and Secure Email (S/MIME), let us know within 30 days from the date of order if your certificate does not meet your expectations, was purchased in error, or if you are dissatisfied in any way. We will credit the full purchase price back to you.
Cancellations and Account Credit:
SSL.com may, at its discretion, provide account credit for cancellations outside of the 30-day refund window. For upgrades or replacement of a digital certificate with one of greater value, service fees will be waived.
Re-enrollment Fees:
Re-enrollment in eSigner after revocation incurs a fee of $39 for non-EV code signing certificates and $150 for EV code signing certificates. If the re-enrollment was requested within 30 days from the revocation date, we will waive the fee.
Returned/Disputed eSigner Charges:
All returned/disputed eSigner charges will result in revocations for all unpaid activities, nullifying completed signings.
Physical Devices:
Physical devices, such as hardware tokens, are non-refundable. In case of order cancellation, any prepared and/or shipped devices are considered unrecoverable, and the value of the device (plus shipping and handling) will be withheld from any refund.
